Their goal is to furnish Investors and Financial Advisors with thorough perspectives on their Alternative Investments, empowering them to make more informed investment choices.

Job Description

As the Data Management Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless maintenance and reporting of our clients' alternative asset portfolios. Working closely with the dedicated team, you'll be instrumental in delivering timely and accurate investment information to their valued clients. They're on the lookout for someone with a solid foundation in accounting/finance and a keen understanding of alternative investments. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new client accounts, providing vital support to the implementation team.
• Ensure the continued upkeep and optimization of investor portfolios to maintain peak performance.
• Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations to address any missing data or documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with the technology team to introduce innovative features and enhance functionality, contributing to the evolution of our platform.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and adopting best practices, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• 1-3 years of experience in investment financial operations, accounting, or a related field 
• Strong experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital
• Knowledge of other alternative investments such as hedge funds and real estate
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
