Join the team as our Operational Support Assistant and help to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely processing of roofer claims and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process roofer claims received from insurance companies.
• Verify completion of roofing jobs and required documentation.
• Manage payments to roofers through the platform.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing claims and payments.
• Handle administrative tasks related to operational workflows.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational tasks including processing roofer claims, validating documentation, and reconciling cash transactions. Detail-oriented and process-driven.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as Operations Specialist or similar.
• Administration experience
• Startup background.
• Advanced English skill
