About the role
The Director of Growth Marketing holds a central role in advancing the company's growth strategy through innovative, data-centric marketing approaches. Lead the development of a comprehensive strategy to execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization. Key performance indicators include generated leads and booked meetings.
This role oversees two key reports: a BDR for inbound and outbound, and a Product Designer. You'll have the opportunity to significantly influence the evolution of logistics technology. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, field marketing, and partnerships.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion, continuously iterating and experimenting to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Oversee and manage demand gen campaigns and budgets.
- Create content teams for inbound traffic optimization.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Marketing Reports: Provide regular updates and forecasts directly to the CEO, develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to enhance marketing capabilities and drive incremental growth opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly KPI targets for lead generation and meetings booked.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a history of achieving KPI targets.
- 5-10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and/or growth marketing.
- Experience in marketing campaign development and hands on execution.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading teams, ideally within Growth
- Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS/tech industry.
