Role overview
Our New York-based client, in the manufacturing area, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as an Item Creation / Data Entry specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting item creation data into their enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail and a systematic approach to data entry.
Key responsibilities include completing item creation forms based on provided data and ensuring that graphics files are correctly renamed to correlate with newly created SKUs in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fill out item creation forms accurately based on the provided data from the design and production team.
- Input item creation data into the company's ERP system with precision and efficiency.
- Rename graphics files with newly created SKUs to ensure proper correlation in the system.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain organized records of item creation activities and related documentation.
- Assist in other data entry tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working closely with the sales department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in data entry or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a big plus!
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm EST
Compensation: 1,500 USD per month
