This is a role for our client, an early-stage startup focused on go-to-market strategies, providing web design solutions to bring compelling products to users' hands. Their team is growing and they are looking to add a new member to their crew, so if you're looking to be part of a dynamic team you can join them on their mission as a Operations Analyst.

Overview

Join our team as our Growth Analyst and you help early stage startups reach product-market-fit by leveraging our go-to-market toolkit.

Responsibilities:

• Execute operational processes and help optimize them (e.g. build lead lists, use AI-tools to create scalable content)
• Conduct research (e.g. research top influencers in a space, research tools our client should use to solve a specific problem)
• Manage communications for go-to-market campaigns (e.g. respond to prospective leads)
• Create initiative reports for clients (e.g. weekly progress reports)
• Support and help streamline CEO’s day-to-day.
• Be a scrappy generalist who does whatever needs doing.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience working as a Operations Analyst or Consultant with a startup background
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
