The team is currently in search of a Senior Accountant who embodies creativity, demonstrates accountability for significant outcomes, fosters relationships, and upholds principles of respect and integrity. This individual should also possess a forward-thinking mindset, constantly innovating and aiming high. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller, the ideal candidate would be self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to the dynamic, fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations for certain accounts, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and intangibles, to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger reliability.
• Perform analysis on General Ledger accounts and prepare monthly journal entries.
• Review, analyze and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting and analysis to executives. 
• Compile data and schedules required for annual external audit and quarterly reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements and drive process efficiency including enhancements to the recently implemented Oracle Cloud ERP system.
• Work with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues.
• Manage special projects and other reporting needs as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, or related.
• Experience in the monthly close and/or year-end audit process 
• 5 years of General Accounting experience
• US GAAP
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and complex ERP systems (ie Oracle Cloud)
• Comfortable in a dynamic team, where you'll have room to establish processes and create standards.
