Overview
Join Wheelhouse Digital as our Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in which you will be responsible for tasks including item uploads, pricing management, creating promos, conducting product and keyword data analysis, and managing support cases with marketplace support teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the uploading of new items onto various online marketplace platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
Manage pricing strategies across all platforms to maximize sales and profitability, including monitoring competitor pricing and market trends.
Create and execute promotional campaigns within each platform to drive traffic and increase sales, while adhering to platform guidelines and requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, sales trends, and keyword effectiveness to optimize listings and enhance visibility.
Manage and prioritize support cases with marketplace support teams, including but not limited to: listing approvals, account health concerns, and policy violations.
Stay updated on changes and updates to platform policies, guidelines, and best practices, and ensure compliance across all activities.
Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working as Executive Assistant.
Proven experience working with various online marketplace platforms, with a strong understanding of their policies and procedures is a major plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
Soft skills: excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities, strong analytical skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a proactive and self-motivated work approach with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred (nice to have)
Amazon experience (nice to have)
