Sourcing Team Manager

Overview:

The Sourcing Team Manager will lead and develop a team of Sourcers, driving excellence in recruitment sourcing strategies and performance. The primary focus of this role will be  enhancing the sourcing operation, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and nurturing talent within the team. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sourcers to achieve their full potential.
• Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages excellence and continuous improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively identify areas for growth, efficiencies, and overall improvement within the sourcing & recruitment function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive positive change.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and develop targeted training programs to address them.
• Support career development initiatives within the sourcing team, including succession planning and talent management working together with the Director of Talent Acquisition
• Provide coaching and support to team members to foster continuous learning and development.

Desired skills & experience:

• Solid experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency setting
• Proven experience managing or leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven adaptability to changing environments and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization.
• Strong communication & decision making skills
• Excellent English communication skills
