About the role

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our clients' customer partners' marketing campaigns. Your strategic thinking, creative insight, and ability to interpret data will drive the development of compelling creative concepts that engage audiences and deliver on performance objectives. Your role is critical in creative decisions and working together with other teams to make sure On-Demand customer partners' campaigns succeed.

We're looking for someone who's not just creative but also gets things done and truly cares about customers' success. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality content for paid social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for On-Demand Customer Partners. This includes coming up with the initial ideas, writing thoughtful briefs and scripts, keeping an eye on timelines, working with influencers and designers, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for shaping the content of user-generated-content videos, images, various video formats, landing pages, and written copy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into products, markets, trends, opportunities, and the preferences of our target audience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to align on business objectives and transform them into actionable creative strategies.
• Coordinate with our User-Generated Content (UGC) team to identify and brief content creators, ensuring they produce high-quality UGC that meets our customer partners' needs.
• Develop thoughtful, compelling and effective creative briefs for UGC videos, images, videos, and landing pages to drive conversions.
• Analyze creative performance using customer-provided analytics and reports to refine future strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the creative and marketing sectors to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
• Review and ensure the final creative meets both your standards and those of our client partners, and is positioned for success.
• Lead meetings with partners confidently, addressing their inquiries effectively.
• Contribute to the professional growth of your peers by reviewing and enhancing their work, such as creative briefs or initial drafts of content.
• Play a key role in training, onboarding, and mentoring new Creative Strategists to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience working on a creative team
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns that achieved business KPIs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Previous experience sourcing UGC and/ or working with influencers and creators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Experience with Facebook or TikTok Ads Manager and an understanding of terms like ROAS, CTR, CVR
• Experience personally making TikTok, Instagram or YouTube videos a plus.
