In your role as the Senior UGC Coordinator, you excel in organization and thrive on ensuring every detail is meticulously accounted for. Your passion for social media is evident, as you eagerly immerse yourself in platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Your focus is on sourcing new content creators for upcoming projects while efficiently managing content creation for ongoing endeavors.

As a skilled negotiator, you relish in finding mutually beneficial arrangements with influencers. You're adept at identifying talented content creators who not only produce outstanding work but also align with our objectives and can establish lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Influencers Sourcing & Outreach: Research, identify, source and coordinate relationships with UGC creators. Proactively find common creator demographics to use in future projects and also find more niche creators on-demand.
• Content Creators Project Coordination: Provide a list of influencers to creative strategists and customers, coordinate shipping of product to the approved creators, ensure content creation is executed and follows the creative brief, and coordinate delivery to the creative strategist and customer.
• Contract Negotiations & Terms: Coordinate contract agreements
• Content Feedback and Monitoring: Monitor influencer content and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Content Approvals: Liaise with creative strategist to ensure UGC creator content is approved and ready for finalized ad assets.
• Analyze weekly performance of the affiliate program with the ability to spot gaps and provide unique insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience, with a strong focus in UGC / Influencer marketing.
• Solid experience working successfully in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role managing and coordinating multiple relationships and projects from start to finish.
• Experience with TikTok or Instagram creators & influencers: outreach, market research and qualification.
• Experience with UGC, influencers, content creation, and affiliate campaigns.
• You dominate internet culture and know what’s trending on top social platforms.
• Understanding of paid media creative strategies and ROI across various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliate, etc.
• Strong soft skills: highly organized, ability to negotiate, influence others, and communicate effectively.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple partner communications
• History of success and resilience in the face of tough challenges
• TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, and Bing experience is a plus
• Startup or agency experience preferred
