Overview

​​​​​​​We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Client Relations/ Tax Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly in fixed assets and depreciation, with a focus on real property depreciation within the context of the US tax code.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact person for clients' inquiries related to cost segregation analysis.
• Understand cost segregation studies and reclassification of assets for accelerated depreciation.
• Analyze property assets and depreciation schedules to optimize tax benefits for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of cost segregation projects.
• Provide operational support by managing multiple projects and client interactions.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations related to cost segregation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working as Tax Specialist or similar.
• Strong understanding of fixed assets and depreciation principles.
• Familiarity with US tax code, particularly as it applies to real property depreciation.
• Advanced English skill
• Soft skills: proactive, client-facing, adaptable, curious, resourceful.
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Accounting (nice to have)
• CPA designation (nice to have)
