About the Role:

Main responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment/staffing needs, culture, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Match qualified candidates with open job positions at client organizations.
• Ensure candidates are prepared for client interviews and have a clear understanding of job requirements
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the status of open positions and candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed recruitment and placement targets, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding recruitment activity and performance.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience - agency setting is preferred
• Client/stakeholder management experience
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment
• Remote work experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
