Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes and documentation
• Drive documentation for processes and process improvement for month-end and reporting
• Create understandable and usable financial statements
• Review invoices, perform accruals, reclasses, and validate prepaids are setup correctly
• Conduct data entry and manual accounting tasks as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with working experience.
• Experience in financial reporting
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage projects effectively
• Proactive communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Accounting, Finance or related educational background
• Experience in expense management
• Knowledge of SaaS and technology industries; has worked in Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, or a related Consulting company.
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Concur systems; or equivalent.
