About the Role
Are you a seasoned Senior Tax Accountant with a talent in navigating the intricacies of Individual, Partnership, and Corporation Taxes? We're on the hunt for a proactive individual to join our Tax department, taking full ownership of the process while leveraging the latest technology to streamline operations. Join a dynamic team and collaborate directly with the Founder, gaining invaluable exposure to the American market!
Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Tax Department in preparing and filing Monthly Sales Tax Returns for over 80 clients.
Assist with income tax compliance procedures during tax season.
Facilitate client registration for state sales tax, withholding tax, and unemployment tax.
Oversee and optimize the firm's new automation process for Sales Tax filings.
Drive growth and assume leadership responsibilities in the short to mid-term.
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of proven experience in Accounting.
Educational background in Accounting preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in preparing Individual, S-Corp, Partnership, or C-Corp Tax Returns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Prior professional experience in the USA.
Strong interpersonal skills for occasional client communications, with fluency in English.
