As a Customer Services Virtual Employees you´ll gain generalist knowledge of all types of media campaigns offered by Conversion Logix, including Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, Display, Social, Stories, YouTube, Email Marketing, Google My Business, Search Engine Optimization as well as Microsites that may be created for a client’s community. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating client reports, linking data sources, and verifying campaign data.

• Assisting with data-entry, updating client records, and other administrative tasks.

• Writing organic and paid ad copy for a variety of media formats.

• Following written and recorded processes in order to maximize productivity and maintain client satisfaction.

• Working within deadlines to help the Client Services team to meet and exceed deadlines on behalf of the client.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as Client Services Representative or similar.

• Experience working in data entry.

• Experience in copywriting (3-5 sentences topics)  

• Advanced English skill
