Customer Success Specialist who will be instrumental in ensuring their players have an outstanding experience on their platform.
This dual-role position is ideal for a multi-skilled individual who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail in data management. As a Customer Success & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for the users, providing exceptional service, and you'll play a crucial role in managing and inputting data to keep the platform up-to-date and accurate.

● 2+ years of proven experience in customer service or success roles.

● Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Hubspot, and familiarity with Google Sheets and
data entry processes.
● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Enthusiasm for sports and a basic understanding of racquet sports are a plus
