This is a fully remote role for our client, a digital marketing agency from the US. Our client is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to one of our Co-Founders. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects, while also contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide reliable assistance in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Utilize third-party services for research and data entry as needed.
- Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings and discussions.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and other initiatives
- Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, representing executives.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Lead and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 to 5 years of proven executive, operational or administrative support experience.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in office software and digital tools. Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) is a must.
- Advanced skills in Excel are highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana is preferred.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in varied roles across different industries, such as marketing assistant, executive assistant, or operations, is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability to evolving priorities and challenges.
