Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Client’s US-based Company, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record as a critical thinker in the field of accounting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to process improvement. Additional requirements include experience in a dynamic environment, with SaaS experience, considered a plus, and familiarity with Quickbooks, Zero or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes and documentation.
• Drive documentation for processes and process improvement for month-end and reporting.
• Support revenue recognition processes.
• Create understandable and usable financial statements.
• May support invoicing (AR) and transaction coding (AP).
• Take ownership of processes around month-end close to documenting, automating, and improving.

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• US GAAP knowledge and Financial reporting expertise.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Project management capabilities and proactive communication skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn Sage Intacct ERP.
• Comfort with testing, learning, and implementing new technologies.
