Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support / Executive Assistant for one of our US clients in the AI industry. You will be an integral part of the sales team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales processes. Your primary responsibilities include generating summaries and providing pre and post-customer call support. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing calendars, emails, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate summaries for sales activities and customer interactions.
- Facilitate pre and post-customer call follow-ups for enhanced communication.
- Efficiently manage calendars for optimal scheduling of appointments, meetings, and calls.
- Handle and organize email correspondence to support the sales team's communication flow.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to understand and optimize sales processes.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools for calendar management, email correspondence, and document creation.
- 5 to 10 years of executive support work experience.
