About the role
Looking for a creative, craft-minded, innovation-oriented, and entrepreneurial soul to help the team drive growth marketing creative production on a global scale.
You will be in charge of understanding the customer needs, onboarding and activating them in months 1-3, and guiding them to success. You will continue to strategize concepts one-month-at-a-time to discover new winning UGC, ads and landing pages. You will help them come up with brand-new angles and high-performing ads based on their product-market and our database of high performing ad concepts and formulas.
Who you are
You have experience ideating and briefing growth ads. You are able to come up with angles and strategies based on consumer psychology. You love empathizing with the target customer and coming up with marketing that connects them with the best solution to their problems and goals. You are a researcher, a creative, a facilitator, and a storyteller.
You love seeing your ideas win and drive performance. When they fail, you are intrinsically motivated to learn, why, and refine your strategies to win the next time. When they win, you relish the feeling, take pride in your accomplishment and strive to double down and keep pushing your own performance forward.
You may have experience coordinating a creative team and managing customer expectations and communication. You can write briefs for videos, images, landing pages and UGC that convert — though you also excel at delegating copywriting and detailed decisions to content writers and designers.
