About the role
Seeking a highly motivated professional to join as the Investor Relations Specialist. You may have investments experience already, or a strong sales career. Maybe you even have a Business or Finance background! Bottom line is, you're proactive, persuasive, an outreach and networking expert, and you'd like to take on the Investor Relations challenge! This is the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the founders. There will be training on the specifics of Finance and Investments and you'll be showed the ropes.
Note: This is a remote, full-time contractor role, considering candidates from all over LATAM, to work in EST. Compensation is based on years of experience and the range goes from 30-42k USD/year.
What You’ll Do
Actively source, outreach and build relationships with potential leads and investors.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to outreach, attract and engage with new investors and expand the firm's investor base.
Prepare compelling investment materials and presentations for potential investors, showcasing the firm's performance, investment opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Conduct market research to identify potential investors and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related is preferred
3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Fundraising or related experience.
Foundational understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends, or the ability to pick up quickly on the concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, a confident speaker with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective capital raising strategies, proven record of succesfully fundraising, selling or initiating partnerships that bring revenue.
