Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. We’re looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record to create and manage content on social media platforms, including Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, Pinterest, and others, with the end goal of building our audience and maintaining customer engagement.

Qualifications

• A positive and proactive attitude
• Native-level English writing skills appropriate for a US-based audience
• Proven track record of managing at least one successful social media brand across different platforms
• Proficient in the use of AI text (ChatGPT, Bard, etc.) and image (Midjourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) generation tools.
• Proficient in image editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Experience managing tasks and setting up marketing projects in a project management system (ClickUp, Trello, Monday, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to influencers and managing our influencer and UGC campaigns
• Creating and scheduling content posts across social media platforms
• Staying on top of the latest market and social media trends
• Keeping all our product listings up to date across all platforms
• A/B testing on Amazon and other platforms
• Proactively and consistently following up with our audience, while providing constructive feedback on ways to improve our communication
