Responsibilities:

  • Clear and Engaging Communication: Ensure clear and articulate communication with customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Customer Interaction: Foster positive interactions with customers, keep conversations flowing, and ask the right questions to understand their needs.
  • Enthusiastic Engagement: Inject enthusiasm into customer interactions, avoiding a robotic approach and ensuring each conversation is lively and memorable.
  • Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, providing information, assistance, and support to customers.
  • Inbound Sales: Convert inquiries into sales by promoting memberships and opening estimates, utilizing effective sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills and English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls.
