Job Title: Content Writer ($1,5k - $2k Monthly)

Company Overview:

Our client is an innovative startup dedicated to assisting websites in creating compelling and revenue-generating content. Specializing in SEO and Google-friendly strategies, the founders have a proven track record of crafting articles tailored for Google, but they're now seeking a talented Content Writer to enhance their content creation capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the co-founders to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
• Create relevant articles that contribute to revenue generation and effectively promote product reviews.
• Develop an understanding of Google's requirements and integrate relevant keywords for improved website traffic.
• Investigate and report on various general topics often reviewing products and services
• Work independently, demonstrating self-sufficiency and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Produce a substantial number of articles on a monthly basis, covering a diverse range of topics.
• Conduct research on various subjects to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience writing and publishing articles in English, with a portfolio showcasing reviewed work.
• Excellent English language skills, near-bilingual/native proficiency.
• Previous experience writing for online platforms such as magazines, newspapers, or websites.
• Familiarity with creating content rich in keywords to enhance website traffic.
• Previous experience reviewing website traffic trends/data to make informed decisions 
• Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision and in fast-paced environment
• Ability to pivot content creation across multiple categories from general topics to specific details in consumer-driven verticals (finance, health, product reviews, home services, etc)

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of SEO practices and their impact on content creation.
• Previous startup experience.
• Familiarity with different brand voices and tones.
• Experience creating content for product review and services
• Experience in deciphering Google's preferences for article creation and web traffic trends
