About the role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role as the first line of defense for all customer inquiries. Your responsibility is to ensure that no question or issue goes unaddressed, providing the users with top-notch support and contributing to the overall success of our client’s innovative software solution.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via various channels (email and chat).
Ensure all customer issues are appropriately documented, tracked, and resolved.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of our software product and the jewelry industry to better assist customers.
Identify patterns in customer issues and provide feedback to improve our software and processes.
Experience with customer support software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Patient and empathetic when dealing with customer inquiries.
Analytical mindset to identify trends and provide valuable insights.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Experience working in a retail environment or with a software product serving retail.
3-5 years of experience in customer support roles.
Experience with point of sale and/or inventory management software.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Enthusiastic about technology, with a willingness to learn and understand our software thoroughly.
