Our client is a marketing agency focused on scaling consumer products through performance advertising, creative, and analytics services.
We are seeking an experienced and talented Email Marketing Manager to join a US-based company. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our copywriting and design team, ensuring quality assurance for all team-created emails, handling client feedback, analyzing accounts and creating strategies, conducting A/B tests, and generating monthly performance reports.

You'll work by yourself quite a bit from the strategy end, but you'll also have heavy interaction with the copy and design teams for executing strategy. The team as of now consists of 4 designers, 2 copywriters, and 1 other strategist.
Responsibilities:
Develop, ideate, and implement email marketing flows and campaigns to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including planning, targeting, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of email marketing campaigns and flows, tracking key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Optimize email performance by conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and implementing data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Manage client email marketing calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the design and copy team to create visually appealing and impactful emails.
Create monthly performance reports for clients and propose new monthly focuses to increase performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.
Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor email marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo.
Proficient in email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
