Responsibilities:
Manage data entry and upkeep in the investor portal.
Prepare and format quarterly investor updates for portal submission.
Coordinate calendar invitations and schedule meetings.
Assist with travel arrangements, coordinating events and workshops.
Handle email inbox, phone calls, and address issues as needed.
Update CRM with new contacts and information.
Utilize Buildium software for tenant call follow-up and issue resolution.
Create, schedule and publish engaging and visually appealing posts, stories that align with our brand and objectives.
Maintain organized records and upkeep the databases
Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports and needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
2 years experience minimum in administrative roles.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Detail oriented
MS Office: Excel and Word proficiency.
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends: Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savviness: quick learner, open to mastering various software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Organized with efficient day-to-day management.
Compensation: 1000 - 1350 monthly
