We are a family investment office that also raises SPVs to offer investments to our friends and partners when great investment opportunities arise. We may build an asset management firm with dedicated capital in the next few years.
We focus on public markets (World class compounders) and private markets (Serial Acquisitions models + Special situations) with long-term growth at a reasonable price framework. We define this as companies we could own for 7-10 years with almost no risk of the business quality deteriorating significantly. We like to invest in inevitables, companies that are extremely likely to keep growing EPS at attractive rates that are run with high-quality management.
We believe in deep, fundamental research and thinking about owning world-class companies that can fit well within Porter's five forces framework + have high incremental returns on capital. We ascribe to the Charlie Munger philosophy “A great business at a fair price is superior to a fair business at a great price.”
