Our client is looking for an Executive assistant who will report to the CEO of three companies.
Prompt Review and Swift Responses to Emails:
Prioritize and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring efficient communication flow.
Organize and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and scheduling efficiency.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels, submitting expenses, and arranging ground transportation.
Online Tasks and Phone Calls:
Handle miscellaneous online tasks and phone calls as required, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
Utilize ASANA (or similar) to manage and follow up on ongoing projects, identifying and communicating the next actions required.
Generate content pages in Notion and Google Docs to support various initiatives within the organization.
Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of identifying subtle cues to address underlying issues or opportunities.
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Customer Service Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build effective, simple, scalable, and lean systems to achieve goals with maximum efficiency.
Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and responsibilities rapidly.
