As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for tournament directors, focusing on social media, event promotion, and graphic design. You will collaborate with designers, apparel designers, and manufacturers to enhance marketing campaigns and merchandise offerings. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with a strong background in graphic design, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for sports, preferably baseball or softball.
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies tailored for tournament directors.
Execute engaging campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Plan and execute event promotion initiatives to drive attendance and participation.
Collaborate with designers to create compelling graphics for events and marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote various events.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality visuals for customers and campaigns.
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines in all design elements.
Work closely with apparel designers to create innovative designs for campaigns.
Coordinate with apparel manufacturers to place orders for new products.
Experience in Merchandising and Promotions: proven track record in developing and implementing merchandising and promotional strategies.
Critical Thinker in Graphic Design: strong critical thinking skills with a focus on graphic design for marketing materials.
Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proactively contribute ideas and solutions, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Passionate About Sports
Familiarity with digital marketing, including experience with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language.
+5 Years of Experience (YoE): More than 5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
