About the role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to develop and optimize new client acquisition, nurture and engagement campaigns for potential investors, and manage our investor communications about open deals on our platform to our existing investors.
Our ideal candidate is highly creative and analytical, who’s excited about driving CRM and content strategy at a fast growing fintech. The successful candidate will work closely between the Investor Relations & Syndication and Marketing team members to plan, execute, and monitor deal communications in an effort to meet ambitious objectives.
This is a great opportunity to get exposure to a leading and rapidly growing financial technology company, and play a critical role in driving revenue on our platform. The candidate will also assist with other activities as time allows, including posting new deals on our social channels, and managing the creation of investor onboarding and deal-related webinars for our investors.
Plan and execute new CRM strategies for investor acquisition and nurture campaigns
Create automated campaigns with customer segmentation based on persona and behavior at each step in our user funnel
Manage and report on end-to-end CRM KPI’s including list growth, campaign performance, and conversion (MQL/SQL)
Develop new content/templates and A/B tests, iterating to create compelling, effective email drip campaigns
Support nurture initiatives touching other channels, including digital, partnership marketing and direct mail
Preparation of 2 to 4 daily deal related email marketing campaigns for our existing investors promoting our open deals for investment
Review competitor deal communications and marketing automation technologies
Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle and/or email marketing
Proficiency with Hubspot and/or similar CRM tools, as well as HTML/CSS
Excellent writing and communication skills in English
Ability to structure and execute email campaigns including creative and content strategy, email development, QA and deployment
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment - past startup experience is a plus!
Comfort with Excel/Google sheets and appetite to learn new technologies

Compensation: 1500-2300 monthly.
