Join our innovative digital marketing agency as a Lead Web Designer & SEO Strategist. This pivotal role demands a blend of creative design skills and technical SEO knowledge. Working full-time (30-40 hours per week) within the 8 am to 5 pm CST time zone, you’ll be instrumental in crafting and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Development: Craft visually appealing and functional websites and other creative products using WordPress, Elementor, Adobe and any other creative tools you feel is necessary. Leverage your strong design sensibilities to create user-centric, engaging experiences.
• SEO Integration: Integrate SEO best practices into design and architecture, ensuring optimal search engine performance. Regularly update and refine SEO strategies to align with evolving standards and practices.
• Domain & Hosting Management: Manage domain registration, setup, and maintenance, including DNS configurations. Ensure smooth hosting and backend setup for seamless website performance.
• Template Customization & Plugin Management: Adapt and customize pre-existing templates to fit specific client needs and brand aesthetics. Select, test, and manage WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the creative project’s lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final launch. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in designing compelling websites with WordPress, particularly skilled in using Elementor.
• Strong understanding of and experience with SEO principles, with an ability to weave these into website design and structure.
• Experience in managing domains, DNS settings, and website hosting.
• Skilled in customizing WordPress templates and managing plugins.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
