Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
Efficiently handle administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Follow up on account receivables and send delinquent accounts to collections.
Marketing Tasks
Work on projects such as business cards
Solicit and manage customer reviews on various websites to bolster our online reputation.
Collaborate on larger projects and use critical thinking skills to help find solutions
Inbound customer service
Route phone calls to correct department
Manage customer complaint by collaborating with staff to deliver solutions
Schedule appointments with prospective customers
Qualifications
Strong business acumen and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
An excellent understanding of automobiles
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus but not required
