Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Office Manager in a part-time schedule. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organization's success through their positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to support sales efforts. This role involves a blend of bookkeeping responsibilities and administrative tasks.
This person will play a crucial role in the backend organization of the client’s diverse business operations, which include a tree wholesaling business, multiple home rentals, a landscaping business, and a self-storage business. It will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by implementing ideas and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM software for customer relationship management.
Excellent organizational skills to keep all aspects of our businesses running smoothly.
Managing and scheduling social media posts to promote our services.
Overseeing blog post management and content creation.
Efficient email management
Implementing and completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Undertake general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Previous experience in office management or related roles is a plus.
Quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
