Lead the end-to-end development of mobile and web applications, taking charge of the entire development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable solutions using technologies such as Javascript, Node.JS, FlutterFlow, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance development environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the company's technical capabilities.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

+5 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in a Senior Full Stack Engineer role.
Proven expertise in mobile and web application development.
Proficiency in Javascript, Node.JS, FlutterFlow, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a development team.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their integration into software solutions.
Experience in architecting and implementing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
