Position Overview:
As a Local SEO Specialist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our client’s local search visibility and optimizing their digital presence to attract and retain local clients. You will be the beating heart of our local SEO efforts, making sure our clients are the first company local businesses think of when in need of their offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Google Business Profile listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
Conduct guided local keyword research for campaigns..
Optimize on-page content for local search with geographic relevance in mind.
Set up, track, and analyze call data via Call Tracking Metrics to show client value.
Navigate and update client websites, whether they are on Duda or WordPress.
Use Google Analytics 4 to create reports and glean insights on local traffic and trends.
Collaborate with our team using tools such as Slack, Hubspot, and ClickUp.
Participate in Zoom meetings effectively.
Become a reliable resource for our Account Managers to lean on.
Seek out and use productivity-enhancing tools like ChatGPT.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Basic knowledge of the fundamentals around Local SEO strategy.
Basic knowledge and understanding of CRMs like HubSpot.
Basic knowledge and understanding of call tracking systems like Call Tracking Metrics.
Basic knowledge and understanding of keyword trackers and business listing software
like BrightLocal or SEMrush.
Basic knowledge and understanding of Google Search Console.
Experience using Google Business Profile.
Experience using task management systems like ClickUp.
Experience using website builders like Duda, Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress.
Experience using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
Experience composing a thorough, well-worded email to clients.

Education:
A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in an SEO role with a focus on local SEO.
