Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion for our On-Demand business. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for working with our Creative Strategists to develop concepts into creative visual solutions ensuring client objectives are achieved.
To be successful as an Associate Creative Director you should have previous experience developing creative concepts for paid social media ads on FB, IG, TikTok that are on brand, relevant, innovative, and effective. Ultimately, an excellent Associate Creative Director is someone who ensures the visual design aligns with the overall creative direction and strategy of the campaign, and that it effectively communicates the desired message to the target audience. In addition, they oversee the production of the visual elements of the campaign, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. The role is fully remote, overseeing an international digital marketing design team.
Associate Creative Director Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Creative Director to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work
Assists the Creative Operations team to improve our technical and creative performance
Review all creative before it goes externally, ensure both on brand and advise on our best practices
Collaborates with the Creative Strategists to ensure the briefs submitted to design are within the brand standards, helping to source inspiration as needed
Inspiring the design team to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work for creative across all paid social channels
Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies
Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements
Help ensure deadlines are met
Associate Creative Director Requirements:
Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field
5+ years of agency experience
Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development
2 years experience directing 5 or more designers
Strong concept and strategy development skills
2 years experience with client communications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong creative mind
Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Highly creative portfolio of current projects (social media advertising samples preferred)
