As a Customer Success & Onboarding Manager, you will help our customers ensure the smooth adoption of our Spend Management Platform including:
Setting up new customers
Solving problems for existing customers
Upselling existing customers
The ideal candidate is a high-energy team player who is passionate about helping customers, who can take responsibility for results, is experienced in accounting, and excels in communication by, phone, email, and web-meeting.
Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new software and communicate those concepts to customers and will be comfortable working in a remote office structure while having a great attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business and/or accounting.
Excellent written and spoken English skills with a pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner.
3 years of experience with B2B Software as a Service business solutions.
Highly self-motivated and driven.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with an analytical and process-oriented mindset. The ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary.
A customer first mentality with the ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
Detailed knowledge of the P2P processes in mid-sized entities an advantage.
