The Email Marketing Coordinator will work within the Marketing department and take
responsibility for initiatives including e-mail marketing campaigns, website content updates, etc.
for company and our clients, primarily in the real estate and hospitality industries. This
person will create and modify email templates using both HTML/CSS and content management
systems, make changes to websites, schedule and send email marketing campaigns, and report
on digital marketing initiatives.
Work within a Salesforce-based workflow management system to monitor and approve
e-mail blasts, social media posts, and other digital marketing requests
Create and deploy the company's regular weekly email newsletters
Create and deploy templated property- and agent-specific email campaigns
Work with digital designers and web developers to create and deploy custom email
Work with marketing automation platforms to create forms and landing pages, run
reports, create and manage user accounts, etc.
Monitor, approve, and update e-mail blast, social media, and other digital marketing
requests in our project management system
Handle ongoing company website content updates/changes
Bachelor’s degree required
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and be a team player
Tech savvy - proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with Photoshop (or similar programs) a plus
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Experience with email marketing/automation systems (Pardot/Campaign Monitor/Net-
Results) a plus
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems a plus
