As a Business Operations, you will be part of the Financial Operations team responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of funds in and out. It is a wide-ranging role. Client Facing Responsibilities
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Stay current on the latest cloud-based accounting technology.
Support client and vendor onboarding process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with a defined process.
Execute, as applicable, processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, accounting entries, closing the books monthly along with the Sr. Finance Team, and preparing financial reporting and analysis with the Sr. Finance Team. This may also include payroll, HR administration, and special projects as assigned.
Collaborate with your manager and other Associates on your team to ensure all clients are delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, deadline delivery, and stellar support.
Execute accurate monthly customer invoices using QBO, monitor incoming payments, follow up on overdue invoices, and reconcile transactions as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in tracking financial metrics.
Experience with Expense reports and attention to detail.
Build ad hoc analysis as required by senior management.
5+ years of experience in multi-faceted levels of operations, setting up processes and procedures, running payroll, and more.
Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses, highly preferred
Experience using QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or similar cloud-based accounting software for/in a professional organization
Experience using Rippling/Gusto/Quickbooks for payroll processing in multiple US locations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to Create Monthly Finance packages for our accounting clients.
Willingness to follow established policies and procedures consistently and accurately

Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and build client relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices
