Job Description
Join us as a Customer Success Officer, the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
and concerns. Your role includes answering calls, addressing questions, booking leads,
and managing payments. We seek a dedicated and customer-centric team member to
ensure customer satisfaction. Build lasting relationships, understand needs, and provide
vital support to drive success.
Requirements:
● Proficient in laptop and headset use.
● Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office software.
● CRM knowledge.
● Prior customer-facing experience (e.g., Customer Success, Account
Management).
● Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
● Collaborative, reliable, and open to feedback.
Responsibilities:
● Be the primary customer contact, fostering positive relationships and
understanding their goals and challenges.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver
solutions.
● Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities based on usage patterns.
● Collect and analyze feedback to enhance services.
● Contribute to customer success strategy development.
Tasks:
● Communicate empathetically and professionally through various channels.
● Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
● Onboard customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our services.
● Keep accurate customer records in our CRM system.
● Maintaining a confident positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward
customers at all times.
Compensation: 1000-1200 USD.
