As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Client Partner who is passionate about digital marketing strategy, highly organized, and experienced in managing entire client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
Account Management: Take ownership of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact. Ensure client satisfaction and manage all aspects of the client relationship.
Transition from Execution to Strategy: While having a background in execution is essential, the primary focus of this role is on strategic planning and client engagement. Shift from hands-on execution to guiding and leading strategy.
Project Management: Apply strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
Marketing and Development Tasks: Be comfortable wearing multiple hats, from overseeing marketing tasks to coordinating development efforts, and providing valuable insights for both areas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing, development, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
PM Experience: Leverage your project management experience to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive project success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing strategy with a track record of achieving tangible results.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated transition from execution-focused roles to strategic positions.
Comfortable with both marketing and development tasks, with a keen understanding of their interplay.
Project management experience, including the ability to use project management tools effectively.
Bonus: Exposure to digital development and marketing, enhancing your ability to bridge the gap between design and execution.
