Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and providing updates on projects.
Digital Strategy Planning and Implementation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor digital strategies accordingly.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
Oversee the execution of digital strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Opportunity Identification:
Continuously analyze market trends and identify opportunities for client growth and optimization.
Provide proactive recommendations to enhance clients' digital presence.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports for clients, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize digital strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing and account management.
Strong proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC, TikTok Ads, Meta, Programmatic).
Working Hours:
Generally 9am CST - 5pm CST
