We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on cold calling to build a robust pipeline, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for our account executives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of BDR experience, proficiency in Salesforce, and a strong background in high-volume outbound calling targeting blue-collar sectors.
Systematically identify and initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, targeting a volume of 200+ calls daily, with the aim of building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Efficiently qualify prospects by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our solutions.
Schedule meaningful meetings for our account executives, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for a successful deal closure.
Maintain a well-organized CRM by accurately tracking leads and updating deals. Ensure data integrity and keep all records up-to-date.
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, focusing on long-term engagement and fostering client loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on targets, improve the quality of leads, and optimize sales strategies.
At least 1 year of relevant successful experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role or a similar position.
Proficiency in Salesforce for CRM management and lead tracking.
Outstanding English verbal communication skills with a track record in high-volume outbound calling.
Extensive experience in targeting and engaging with blue-collar industries, such as landscaping, construction, and plumbing, with a specialized focus on connecting with Human Resources departments or recruiters as the key points of contact.
Prior experience in a corporate setting, emphasizing in-depth product understanding and relationship-building.
Past long term employment with companies based in the US, Canada, or the UK.
Availability and willingness to work within the Mountain Standard Time (MST) timezone.
Skills in LinkedIn and email prospecting.
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like SalesLoft or Outreach, or similar tools.
Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry is a valuable asset.
