We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our energetic and mission-driven team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Efficiently schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for our sales team.
Identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline of leads.
Client Follow-ups: Engage with clients through various communication channels to nurture relationships.
Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of leads and qualify them for the sales team.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proactively seek feedback from clients to gain insights into their needs and preferences.
Maintain detailed records of account changes, interactions, and client profiles for reference and analysis.
Contribute to the overall customer success by ensuring clients receive the support and information they need.
2+ years of sales experience is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
CRM experience
Strong typing skills
Prior B2B sales experience is highly preferred
Experience in effectively communicating with high-level executives, directors, and other decision-makers.
Proven ability to create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Comfortable and effective in interpersonal communication.
Curious and self-motivated, with a passion for learning.

Strong conflict resolution skills to navigate and resolve client-related issues.
