Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for:
1. Digital Design:
Designing visually appealing and user-centric website page layouts, landing pages and web graphics.
Creating engaging social media graphics, banners, and advertisements for various platforms.
Designing email templates, infographics, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
2. Print Design:
Developing creative concepts and designing brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print collateral.
Adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all printed materials.
Coordinating with external print vendors to ensure high-quality print production.
3. Video Production:
Conceptualizing and storyboarding video projects, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and animations.
Editing video footage, adding visual effects, graphics, and motion elements.
Working with audio elements such as voiceovers, sound effects, and music to enhance video content.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure videos align with brand messaging and objectives.
4. Creative Collaboration:
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative design solutions.
Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for various projects.
Receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine designs and deliver high-quality outputs.
5. Continuous Learning:
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.
Expanding skill set to adapt to evolving design and communication trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and video.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Familiarity with video editing, animation, and motion graphics software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
A creative mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for delivering visually impactful designs.
