We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Business Development, the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, including digital marketing, social media, and event management. The Demand Generation Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that accelerate the growth of our customer base and revenue.
Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, webinars, events, and more.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to create compelling and targeted marketing collateral, such as landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and e-books.
Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey, ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Segment and target various customer personas and industries to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
Work closely with sales teams to align on lead quality, provide necessary support, and refine lead qualification processes.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in demand generation strategies.
Manage budgets for demand generation initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Identify opportunities to enhance the buyer's journey and streamline processes that contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Effectively utilize pay-per-click advertising to produce positive margin business. Manage spends and campaigns across Google Adwords, Display, Paid Social etc.
Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.
Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity.
Coordinate and manage conferences, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with sales team, creating itineraries, ordering marketing collateral, and keeping conference calendar up to date.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation tactics, and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred) to manage leads and campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media strategy and be able to develop and execute monthly social calendar to include both our corporate social media and CEO social media.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experienced user of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to help create presentations, short form content, and reports as needed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for crafting compelling marketing messages.
Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative and impactful demand generation campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
