We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts to new heights. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, assisting with lead generation, managing CRM systems, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Outbound Emails: As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for crafting and sending outbound emails to prospective clients. Your engaging communication style and attention to detail will help create impactful email campaigns that resonate with potential leads, showcasing the value of our products.
Lead Generation & Qualification: You will play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by conducting thorough research to identify potential leads. Your ability to gather relevant information and assess lead quality will contribute to the overall success of our sales team. You'll collaborate with sales representatives to ensure that leads are appropriately qualified, prioritized, and meetings are scheduled if needed.
CRM Management: Managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be central to your responsibilities. You'll update and maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our sales database remains organized and up-to-date.
2-3 years experience in a fast-paced sales support role, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and lead management.
Minimum internet speed of 80mbps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling outbound emails.
Proficiency in lead generation techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and data entry is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
