Senior Paid Media Leader for US-based B2B Martech Software Company
Responsibilities
Strategically design, create, develop, maintain, and optimize paid media channels: Google Ads, Linkedin and Facebook Ads towards performance goals (CPA/ROAS/ROI).
Responsible for end to end strategy and execution of Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns within Propensity platform and paid media platforms
Work closely with design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Weekly maintain performance reports
Conduct Daily performance check-ins
Create workflows and emails in Hubspot
Technical Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience running paid search campaigns (Google Ads)
3+ years of hands-on experience running paid social (Facebook and Linkedin)
Experience managing programmatic and display networks
Experience managing a minimum monthly budget of $50k.
Experience setting up campaigns targeting US market
Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Experience working with Hubspot (desired)
Strong A/B testing and quantitative analysis capabilities.
Advanced/fluent English level: both verbal and written form. Must feel comfortable participating in conference calls and presenting their work.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or other analytical degrees.

Reporting to Head of Marketing.
Ready to work during US Eastern Time business hours and US holiday schedule (conference calls, Slack, etc.).
