We are looking to hire a full-time Project Manager / Customer Success with experience in a web design and development agency setting.

We have 2 companies:

• One of our companies assists Shopify merchants get their design, development, and marketing tasks done by a Shopify Expert.
• The other one offers fashion brands on the Shopify platform with an easy-to-manage size chart solution.

You will work with both to help grow revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to new merchants to welcome them to the TaskHusky platform.

• Help merchants create job descriptions and properly prepare requirements.

• Support merchants through the sales process by collecting project scopes, preparing quotes, and following up.

• Take incoming live chats and support tickets to assist customers.

• Provide updates on merchants task requests once they have approved them.

• Make suggestions to merchants on additional tasks they could complete on the platform.

• Reach out to existing merchants who haven’t submitted a task request in awhile

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Fluent English both written and spoken

• Experience working in a web design and development agency

• Experience working with eCommerce and Shopify Major Plus

• Happy Determiner

• Great communicator - some clients struggle with communicating needs

• Desire to learn and grow
